Job summary

The role involves non-destructive testing, data entry, documentation, and root cause analysis within a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will have a CWI with API 1104 expertise, WPQR capabilities, and knowledge of ASME/AWS codes, alongside LVL1 VT/PT/UT/MT interpretation and Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Code Welder or Quality Inspector.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) with API 1104 expertise.
• Ability to perform WPQR and document records.
• ASME and AWS code knowledge required.
• LVL 1 training in VT/PT/UT/MT and RT film interpretation.
• Proficient with measurement principles and data entry.
• Lean principles knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal testing and cosmetic inspections.
• Inspect material and product throughout production.
• Conduct non-destructive examinations using various methods.
• Complete documentation for tracking and record keeping.
• Enter data and evaluate results.
• Perform root cause analysis on non-conformities.
• Train, coordinate, and communicate with all departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
