Job summary

Manitou Group in the United States is seeking a skilled welder for our Madison, SD facility. You will perform welding tasks, read blueprints, and set up work with fixtures to fabricate and repair large mechanical products per instructions and schedule.

We offer 1st shift or 2nd shift options with a 15% differential for the second shift, base pay of $25–$28 per hour plus a quarterly bonus, plus Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Welding experience per procedures and blueprints.
• Must obtain basic Weld Certification as minimum for weld positions.
• Read and understand job orders, specifications and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform weld duties and read specifications.
• Set up and lay out work using fixtures to repair or fabricate parts.
• Operate related equipment and tools (forklifts, grinders, torches).
• Maintain safety and cleanliness per procedures.
