Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational training or some college preferred.
• AWS D1.1 3G/4G and B2.1 6G pipe certifications required.
• 2+ years of welding experience with heavy manual labor.
• Ability to work with supervisors and teammates on demanding tasks.
• Skilled in identifying material flaws, troubleshooting equipment, and producing quality welds.
• Knowledge of metals, fuels, and chemicals used in various welding applications.
• Experience installing equipment and conducting quality tests and inspections.
• Must meet precise standards of accuracy and performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding to certified standards.
• Set up and maintain welding machines and gas cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret welding drawings.
• Repair and fabricate equipment using cutting torches, presses, and hand tools.
• Operate overhead cranes safely and efficiently.
• Use HCSS360 to complete work orders and track payroll time.
• Collaborate in a team and participate in safety meetings.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
