Qualifications

• MIG and Stick welding experience is required.
• TIG and/or spot-welding experience is a plus.
• Certified Welder & Metal Fabricator a huge plus!
• Must be able to set up machines including wire speed, voltage, and gas flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity in welding/fabrication areas.
• Operate MIG and Stick welding; torch and rosebud operation as needed.
• Familiar with metals, steel, and fabrication work.
• Oversee container/Baler repairs and rebuild truck bodies and containers.
• Follow work orders and shop drawings; verify materials and workmanship.
