Job summary

Candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, pass a mechanical aptitude test, hold ASME Section 9 Welding Certification (6G), and obtain forklift/manlift certifications, with a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass Basic Mechanical Aptitude test.
• Must possess current ASME, Section 9 Welding Certification (6G Pipe).
• Submit to and pass a Safety Screen evaluating ability to safely execute duties and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide welding expertise to support maintenance activities in the factory.
• Perform fabrication, pipefitting and rigging as needed.
• Set priorities and maintain productive pace to minimize interruptions.
• Participate in safety programs and trainings and comply with safety/sanitation policies.
