Clean Harbors Springfield, MO branch is seeking a Welder/Fabricator responsible for maintenance and repair of certified welding for specialized assets, including tank trailers and straight tank trucks with US DOT specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize health and safety by following policies and acting safely at all times.
• Perform fabrication, cutting, and welding on heavy equipment.
• Create quality products adhering to standards.
• Log all time and materials accurately into the electronic repair system.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and hazard-free shop area.
• Perform other welding duties as assigned by management to meet business needs.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of welding/fabricating experience.
• Welding certification (3G or 4G), with MIG welding preferred.
• Experience with steel welding and pipefitting preferred.
• Experience welding stainless steel and mild steel.
• Basic hand tools such as pressure wrenches, rafter squares, and die grinders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Forklift and heavy equipment experience preferred.
