Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Join Our Team as a Technician Supervisor at SAVES!
Small Animal Veterinary Emergency Services (SAVES) is seeking a dedicated Technician Supervisor to lead our Emergency and Critical Care Department in Lebanon, NH. This leadership role emphasizes compassionate patient care, exceptional client service, and fostering a positive work environment. Compensation:

• $32 - $40/hr based on experience
• Overnight Differential: $4.50/hr

Schedule:

• Flexible shifts including two 12-hour clinical shifts and one or two administrative shifts per week, with weekend shifts required.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Manage daily operations, equipment, and payroll

Ideal Candidate:

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in ER
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Leadership skills, effective communication, and team fostering abilities
• Fluent in English (speaking & reading)
