Job summary

Wolf Run Veterinary Clinic in Muncy, PA is seeking an experienced Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team. The position offers a full-time schedule with a 4 x 10 shift pattern and rotating weekend coverage.

You will perform anesthesia monitoring, dental radiographs, patient prep and recovery, and help maintain excellent client communication. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of veterinary technician or assistant experience and is a PA-certified technician.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Veterinary Technician in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 2+ years of veterinary technician or veterinary assistant experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and patient care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental radiographs.
• Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with the team to support veterinarian orders during outpatient visits.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure efficient exam room workflow and outstanding client communication.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy and clarity.
• Collaborate with your team to support the veterinarian’s orders during outpatient visits, ensuring the highest level of patient care.

This position is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about exceptional patient and client care, and ready to work at the top of their license in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule:This is afull-time position, with a4 x 10scheduleand availability neededMonday - Fridaywith rotating weekend shifts every 4-5 weeks.
