Destination Pet LLC invites a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) at Raintree Pet Resort & Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ. You will work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader in a state-of-the-art, AAHA-accredited hospital.

We offer a structured career ladder, generous CE allowances, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package. Schedule options include 4x10 or 5x8 shifts with weekend rotations; competitive wages from $25–$30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Arizona CVT license required.
• Experience in anesthesia and analgesia preferred.
• Ability to lead clinical team and mentor assistants.

Responsibilities

• Lead anesthesia procedures and monitoring.
• Perform dental radiography and charting.
• Coordinate diagnostics and in-house lab work.
• Mentor technicians and manage triage.

We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, as well as an in-house laboratory and ultrasonography.Your Role – Clinical Driver & LeaderAs a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), you will be encouraged to work at the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.You will primarily utilize your skills in:Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.Growth & ScheduleGrowth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
