Destination Pet LLC in Miami, FL is seeking a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join Sabal Chase Animal Clinic. You will be encouraged to work to the top of your license and lead clinical care with a patient-first mindset while maintaining AAHA practices.

Responsibilities

We provide top-of-the-line medical, surgical, and dental equipment, as well as an in-house laboratory and diagnostic ultrasonography.Your Role – Clinical Driver & LeaderAs a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), you will be encouraged to work to the top of your license and serve as a clinical leader, ensuring medical excellence with a patient-first mindset. We follow AAHA utilization guidance consistently.You will primarily utilize your skills in:Anesthesia & Analgesia: Full IV catheterization, multimodal pain management, induction, and advanced monitoring/recovery.Dentistry: Full-mouth dental radiography, charting, and periodontal therapy (per DVM direction).Diagnostics: High-quality radiography/positioning, in-house lab analysis, and sample collection.Nursing & Triage: Critical patient monitoring, advanced wound care, and managing catheters/feeding tubes.Workflow Leadership: Leading tech appointments, team huddles, and mentoring assistants/externs.Growth & ScheduleGrowth Paths: Your career interests guide your path!
