Job description

Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)

We are looking to add a Full and/or Part Time Technician to our team. North Shore Veterinary Hospital is located right off of Lake Superior. Our team has a passion for education, mentorship, growth, and excellent work-life balance. We have been AAHA accredited for over 40 years and were the first Fear Free certified practice in Minnesota (7th in the United States). Candidates must have customer service experience, be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, be comfortable with dogs and cats in both life and death situations, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, with excellent communication skills and a compassionate heart for people and their pets. Candidates who enjoy working collaboratively would thrive at NSVH. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Duties include assisting with wellness and injury appointments, surgical procedures and x-rays, dentals, lab work, and client education.

Pay Range: $22 to $27
