Job summary

Converse County School District #1 is seeking a Certified Tutor to provide instructional support through Youth Development Services. The role focuses on developing at-risk programming and delivering group and individualized instruction to improve academic outcomes and readiness for post-secondary pathways.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in education (Math, English, or Special Education content areas preferred) and Wyoming PTSB Teaching Certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education is required or preferred.
• Wyoming PTSB Teaching Certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with at-risk students or special education supports is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support to develop at-risk programming, academics, and post-secondary readiness.
• Develop lesson plans and deliver group and individualized instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and administrators to improve student outcomes.
• Assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians and student teams.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes.
