Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Norwood, MA is seeking a Certified Toddler Teacher to partner with families and fellow educators, providing a warm, home-like environment in line with NAEYC guidelines.

You will oversee classroom activities, mentor teachers, and develop developmentally appropriate curricula while collaborating with families to support each child's growth. This full-time role offers competitive pay, a childcare discount, health benefits, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Requires MA EEC credentials or equivalent (Associate Degree, CDA, or MA Teacher certification).
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work within regular operating hours.
• Must meet state criteria for child care employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and activities across multiple classrooms.
