Job summary

BrightPath Kids is hiring for a Full-Time position in Braintree, MA. You will oversee programs across multiple classrooms, mentor Teachers and Assistants, and create curricula aligned with NAEYC standards.

You will partner with families to tailor plans for optimal care and education, and maintain clear communication with parents about their child’s progress. Excellent teamwork and regular hours are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA in early childhood education or related field.
• DCA/MA teaching credentials as applicable per MA state standards.
• Strong customer service and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
