Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Quincy, MA seeks a Certified Infant Teacher to join as a full-time member of our childcare team. You will work with families and fellow teachers to provide a warm, educational home away from home for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Responsibilities include supervising classrooms, mentoring staff, and designing developmentally appropriate lessons. We offer a 60% childcare discount, 401(k) with company match, and ample professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or CDA or MA EEC certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills."
