Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Woburn, MA seeks a Certified Toddler Teacher to partner with families and staff, ensuring a home-like environment for children in our care in line with NAEYC guidelines.

You will oversee classroom activities, mentor teachers, and develop developmentally appropriate curricula that reflect children's interests and learning styles. This full-time role offers a stable schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, or CDA credential, or MA state certification.
• 2+ years of experience in licensed child care preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria for employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentor Teachers and Assistant Teachers.
• Create developmentally appropriate curriculum per NAEYC standards.
