Job summary

Invited is seeking a Swim Coach to support the development and training of the club’s swimming activities and provide individual lessons to members and guests. You will work with the aquatics team to ensure a safe, engaging environment and high-quality instruction.

The role requires ASCA or USA Swimming certification and current CPR/First Aid/AED credentials, with a focus on professionalism and member service. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
• ASCA or USA swimming certification is required.
• CPR, first aid, and AED certification within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members regularly and promote aquatic club activities.
• Provide towels and water service during members’ use of the aquatic facilities.
• Assist in designing swim practices and supervise groups to monitor development.
• Attend swimming meets and warm-up sessions as scheduled.
• Set up the pool for training sessions and keep the area accessible for others.
• Oversee daily assignments to uphold club standards and Star Service FOCUS.
