Job summary

Invited is seeking a Swim Coach to support development and training of the club’s swimming activities and provide individual lessons to members and guests. You will work with the aquatics team to ensure a safe, engaging experience and help swimmers improve skills in a supportive setting.

We value a minimum of 3 years coaching experience, ASCA or USA Swimming certification, and current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
• Must have ASCA or USA Swimming certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Promote aquatic club activities and connect with members regularly.
• Assist in designing swim practices and supervise the group during training.
• Attend swimming meets and warm-up sessions as scheduled.
• Maintain safety and a positive, professional environment for swimmers and members.
