Job summary

Invited is hiring a Swim Coach to support development and training of swim activities and provide individual lessons to members and guests. You will work with the aquatics team to ensure a safe, engaging experience, delivering high-quality instruction and maintaining professionalism.

The role involves helping swimmers improve skills in a supportive environment, with responsibilities including daily practice design, meets attendance, and equipment upkeep. Join a dynamic hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience coaching swimmers of various ages and skill levels.
• Must be ASCA or USA swimming certified.
• Certification in CPR, first aid, and AED within the last 6 months.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, members, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise swim practices as outlined by the manager and monitor development of swimmers.
• Provide towels and water service during pool use and promote club amenities and programs.
• Attend swimming meets and warm-up sessions as scheduled and assist in setup of pool for training sessions.
• Ensure safety and maintain supervision of the group in accordance with Star Service FOCUS expectations.
