• Vocational School Graduate
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or (CST) Certified Surgical Technologist, or (CSA) Certified Surgical Assistant, or (TS-C) Tech in Surgery - Certified must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
