Responsibilities

• Assisting the surgical team in providing quality patient care.
• Supporting the department's philosophy and objectives.
• Promoting effective communications between surgeon and staff.
• Ensuring adequate supplies and knowledge of equipment/instrumentation.
• Cooperating with charge nurse and OR Manager toward department goals.
• Demonstrating responsibilities of a team member.
