Qualifications

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) and BLS required.
• 0-2 years OR experience preferred.
• Technical or Nursing program graduate as stated in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the OR and ensure sterile field.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments.
• Inspect, clean, and sterilize equipment per policy.
• Count sponges, needles, and instruments with circulating nurse.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping.
• Restock supplies and prepare rooms between cases.
• Maintain documentation and comply with policies.
