Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Surgical Technology or similar training.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Certified Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Assess procedures and prepare instrumentation per physician preference.
• Communicate effectively with team members and surgeons to prepare for each case.
• Maintain aseptic technique and ensure sterile field during procedures.
• Advocate for patient confidentiality and provide supportive care.
