Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Surgical Technology or similar training.
• Certified in BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Certified Surgical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of various surgical procedures.
• Prepares instrumentation and equipment for surgeries.
• Acts as a patient advocate maintaining confidentiality.
• Identifies emergency situations and applies established procedures.
