Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years surgical tech experience required.
• Current Virginia VDHP licensure and CPR/BLS required; NBSTSA CST or NCCT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operating room under RN supervision and surgeon; prepare and maintain sterile field设备 and supplies.
• Monitor and support equipment, supplies, and case readiness; ensure aseptic technique per standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care in all cases.
