Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support surgical teams as a scrub person before, during, and after operations. The role requires CST program completion, CPR/BLS, and national AST certification (or eligibility within 18 months).

Prior OR experience is preferred. Typical responsibilities include performing surgical scrubs, assisting the surgical team, and maintaining sterile procedures.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited CST program or equivalent.
• Current CPR (BLS).
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists (must obtain within 18 months if not already certified).
• Prior OR experience is preferred.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate from an accredited CST program or equivalent, current CPR (BLS), and national certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists (must obtain within 18 months if not already certified). Prior OR experience is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay ranges from $26.61 to $39.92, with shift, on-call, and holiday incentives.
