Job summary

Qualifications

• CST I requires high school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
• CST II requires completion of an accredited program and at least one year of CST work experience.
• Certification as CST by NBSTSA and current BLS is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile supplies and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Assist in the operating room and maintain a sterile field and patient safety.
