Methodist Hospital Northeast, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our surgical team. You will support the surgeon and perioperative nurse, prepare sterile fields, and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.

You will follow AORN standards, maintain sterile technique, and participate in ongoing competency training to deliver high-quality care in a busy operating room.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a surgical technologist program or equivalent experience.
• Certification paths: CST or TS-C with NBSTSA/NCCT

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of quality surgical care and prepare sterile field.
• Maintain sterile supplies and assist the surgeon during procedures.
• Follow AORN and facility policies and procedures
