Job summary

Midwest Center for Joint Replacement (MCJR) in Indianapolis is actively hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support our orthopedic team. You will scrub during procedures, prepare instruments, and assist with room turnover to ensure efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
• Prior CST experience preferred.
• Current CST certification preferred.
• Successful completion of BLS within 90 days of employment or current certification.

Responsibilities

• Function as scrub person during operative and invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing; transport to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post-procedure cleaning of the room and prepare for the next patient.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
