Job summary

OrthoIndy Northwest seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for PRN coverage at our Westfield facility. You will scrub on orthopedic cases, prepare and sterilize instruments, and help maintain a safe, efficient operating room environment. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA).
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Scrub on orthopedic procedures and assist the surgical team in the operating room.
• Prepare equipment and sterile instruments for use and maintain a sterile environment.
• Support case setup and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Shift Details: PRN 8 hour weekday shifts, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. No weekends! PRNrequirement is a minimum of three shifts per six week schedule. Eligibility to participate in our 401K program with generous match after90 days of service!

OrthoIndy is seeking a top performing Certified Surgical Technologist to join our nationally ranked team!
Our Certified Surgical Assistants staff four Operating Rooms at our Westfield outpatient surgery center. They are responsible for performing a variety of duties in the Operating Room area to assist the surgical team, such as scrubbing on all types of orthopedic surgical procedures, preparing equipment and sterile instruments for use, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Types of cases you can expect to work are total joints, sports medicine, spine, hand/foot/ankle, trauma, and some oncology.
