Job summary

Resolute Health Hospital seeks a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You will provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical and obstetric patients, ensuring safe, efficient procedures and adherence to established standards.

The role requires a high-school diploma, completion of an accredited surgical technology program, and certification such as CST/NCCT/TS-C with NBSTSA/NCCT recognition. Active BLS is required on hire, with BLS within 60 days if not current.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate; graduate of an accredited surgical technology program.
• Preferred: 1 year as a Surgical or OB Technologist.
• Certified CST/NCCT/TS-C; NBSTSA/NCCT recognized.
• Active Healthcare Provider BLS on hire; BLS within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical/ obstetric patients.
• Assist in safe and effective conduct of invasive procedures.
• Adhere to facility policies and Baptist Health System standards.
• Complete required competencies within introductory period.
