Job summary

Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center LLC in Rocky Hill, CT seeks an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team. The role offers 4 - 10 hour shifts, 40 hours per week, non-exempt status, and a wage range of $35.00–$48.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active CST certification in good standing.
• Experience in orthopedics preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery centers preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation and sterilization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and staff.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center (OASC) is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our great team of professionals.

Position: 4 - 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

FSLA: Non-Exempt

Wage Range: $35.00-$48.50

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active CST Certification which is in good standing.
• Experience in orthopedics preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Knowledge and skills to perform the position job duties.
• A strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, sterilization, and the ability to handle emergency situations.
• Able to communicate effectively and have an ability to work compatibly with all physicians and staff.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Possess strong organizational skills, and a clear understanding of the importance of efficiency and cost effectiveness in an ambulatory surgery center.
