Job summary

Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center (OASC) is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team in Rocky Hill, CT. This 40-hour per week role offers 4 x 10-hour shifts with non-exempt status and a wage range of $35.00-$48.50 per hour.

We provide same-day joint replacements, advanced sterilization, and a strong focus on patient care. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid holidays, PTO, 401k with company match, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Active CST Certification in good standing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience in orthopedics preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
• Total Joint experience a plus.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Strong organizational skills and cost awareness in an ambulatory setting.

Orthopedic Associates Surgery Center (OASC) is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our great team of professionals.

Position: 4 - 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)

FSLA: Non-Exempt

Wage Range: $35.00-$48.50

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active CST Certification which is in good standing.
• Experience in orthopedics preferred.
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred.
• Total Joint experience a plus.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Knowledge and skills to perform the position job duties.
• A strong knowledge of aseptic technique, instrumentation, sterilization, and the ability to handle emergency situations.
• Able to communicate effectively and have an ability to work compatibly with all physicians and staff.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Possess strong organizational skills, and a clear understanding of the importance of efficiency and cost effectiveness in an ambulatory surgery center.
