*Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies
* Assist surgeons and OR staff during operations with instruments and sterile techniques
* Ensure proper handling of surgical specimens and sharps disposal
* Maintain strict adherence to sterile field protocols and infection control standards
* Collaborate with the perioperative team to ensure patient safety and positive surgical outcomes
* Anticipate the needs of surgeons and ensure the availability of necessary tools throughout procedures

*Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Qualifications:*
* *Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program* (Required)
* *Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification* (Required)
* *Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* (Required)
* *At least 1 year of operating room experience* (Preferred, not required)
