Job summary

Campbell Clinic is seeking a Surgical Technologist in Germantown, TN for a part-time role (24 hours per week). The ideal candidate will have CST certification and at least 1 year of surgical experience, with strong knowledge of sterile technique and orthopaedic procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have CST certification or demonstrate equivalent education and training.
• 1 year of surgical experience is required.
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited program in surgical technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field and assists OR team during procedures.
• Cleans and prepares operating rooms before and after procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment and supplies; informs manager of issues as needed.
• Transports sterile and non-sterile supplies between departments in a timely manner.
• Assists in monitoring patient positioning and safety under RN supervision.
