• Set up the operating room before procedures and organize sterile instruments and supplies.
• Pass instruments, sutures, and sponges to the surgical team during surgery.
• Maintain sterile fields, handle equipment, and assist with specimen handling as directed.
• Adhere to standards and participate in hospital in-service training; provide age-appropriate care.
