Qualifications

• 1+ year of related job experience.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• CSA or CSFA certification required (NBSTSA CSFA acceptable).
• CST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates clinical competence in surgical service line.
• Promotes teamwork and collaborates with staff and team members.
• Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing; documents accurately.
• Maintains knowledge of current regulatory standards and service line practices.
• Acts as a mentor and trains new staff in the specialty.
