Job summary

Denver Recovery Group, LLC is seeking a qualified counselor to provide outpatient therapy services. The role involves coordinating care, attending team meetings, maintaining client records, and applying treatment planning with emphasis on recovery principles.

This full-time position offers weekend hours, competitive pay, bi-weekly pay, and benefits including retirement, health insurance, EAP, sick time, PTO, and 11 paid holidays per year.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the listed credentials (CAS, LAC/ADDC, LPC/LPCC, LSW, LCSW) or a BS/BA with a behavioral health focus.
• 2+ years in substance use disorder counseling preferred.
• Ability to coordinate care with primary care doctors and other services.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect therapy to outpatients.
• Provide case management to coordinate care with other providers.
• Attend clinic team meetings and trainings.
• Maintain client records and data for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document treatment goals and plans with measurable objectives.
• Reassess treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Document actions and needs across clinical teams.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
