Qualifications

• Maintains a positive learning environment in accordance with district policy.
• Ability to communicate with administration, staff, and/or parents.
• Supports classroom teachers to help ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Maintains confidentiality of student and staff records.
• Criminal Background Clearance and Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support instructional staff to implement lessons and accommodations.
• Monitor students in various settings to ensure safety and adherence to guidelines.
• Refer incidents to site personnel for appropriate action.
• Communicate observations to teachers and administration as needed.
• Perform related duties to ensure efficient operations of the school program.
