Qualifications

• 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Graduate of ASHP accredited program or associate's degree.
• Active Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.
• Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize daily work for safe operations.
• Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy management system under supervision.
• Verify prescription information and flag potential errors or contraindications.
• Identify possible errors and document in error reporting tool.
• Process prescription orders including packaging, reconstitution, and compounding if applicable.
• Distribute medication to patients and perform cashiering duties.
