CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician II to support specialty pharmacy operations, including complex order entry, high-value billing, and patient-focused services under pharmacist supervision.

You will handle insurance adjudication, prior authorizations, and assist with access programs while ensuring compliant, safe handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous medications.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) in good standing.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy workflow including high-dollar billing and prior authorization.
• Adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and enter complex orders; manage high-dollar billing.
• Navigate financial assistance programs to ensure medication access.
• Oversee shipping logistics for temperature-sensitive and hazardous medications.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and report quality improvements.
