Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH is hiring certified ski and snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. You will teach groups and individuals, deliver world-class guest service, and create a safe, fun learning environment for guests of all ages.

Starting wage is $21.00 per hour, with potential to earn more through teaching incentives. This is a winter seasonal position (2026/2027); full-time and part-time hours available, with housing options and employee perks.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent.
• Fluent English communication.
• Willingness to work with guests of all ages, including children.

Responsabilités

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support ski school needs including scanning, running lifts, facilitating lunch, and equipment fitting.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. CertifiedSki or SnowboardInstructors will deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more withadditionalteaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Requirements

• MinimumPSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certificationorISIAequivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidaysand meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
• The expected pay range is$21.00/hr – $64.34/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
