Job summary

Seven Springs is seeking certified ski and snowboard instructors to teach guests of all ages at our winter resort. Roles include both full-time and part-time positions for the 2026/2027 season, with a focus on delivering world-class instruction in a safe, fun environment.

Starting wage is competitive, with incentives and well-being benefits; housing options may be available, and commitment to weekend/holiday scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world class guest service to all guests
• Create a safe and fun learning environment
• Support all ski school needs inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders
• Other duties as assigned

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality ski/snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr

Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type: Part Time hours available.

For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
