Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, NH is hiring certified ski and snowboard instructors for winter seasonal roles. You’ll teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, delivering world class service in a safe and fun learning environment.

Starting wage is $21.00/hr – $64.34/hr, with opportunities to earn more through teaching incentives. Employment is winter seasonal 2026/2027; hours vary and weekend/holiday availability is required. Housing is available.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards

Job Summary

Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.
