Job summary

Mount Sunapee Resort seeks certified ski/snowboard instructors to deliver quality lessons to guests of all ages in a safe, fun setting. You will teach group and private sessions, providing exceptional guest service and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $64.34 per hour with seasonal winter employment. Both full-time and part-time shifts may be available; schedules vary with business needs.

Qualifications

• PSIA/AASI instructor certification level 1 or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private ski/snowboard lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world-class guest service in a safe, fun learning environment.
• Create a safe and engaging learning atmosphere.
• Support ski school operations (scanning, lifting, equipment fitting).
• Provide guest feedback to inspire lifelong skiers and riders.
• Other duties as assigned.

Full and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage:$21.00/hr – $64.34/hrPay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives

Employment Type:Winter Seasonal 2026/2027.

Shift Type:Full Time and Part Timehours available.For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.
• Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.
