Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is seeking Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors for the winter season of 2026/2027. Positions available are full and part-time, offering competitive wages between $21.00/hr to $64.34/hr based on experience and teaching incentives. Instructors will provide quality lessons while ensuring a safe and fun environment for guests of all ages and abilities. Fluency in English and a minimum PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification are required. Qualifications

• Minimum PSIA/AASI instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Must be willing to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons.
• Work with guests of all ages and abilities.
• Deliver world-class guest service to all guests.
• Create a safe and fun learning environment.
• Support all ski school needs including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment.
• Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders.

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hr - $64.34/hr
  • Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age
