Job summary

McDonald's in Thomaston, ME, operated by an independent franchisee, is seeking a shift supervisor to oversee weekly schedules and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. You will lead Crew and Managers to maintain outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will supervise food safety, train new team members, and drive targets while supporting safety, inventory, and profitability during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and upcoming Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
