Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers experience fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare for running a great shift.
• Achieve target performance during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
