Job summary

McDonald's, an independent franchisee, seeks a store leader to oversee weekly shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald's standards.

You will train Crew and Shift Managers, manage schedules, monitor safety and inventory, drive profitability, and maintain cleanliness, always delivering exceptional customer service and quality food production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and upcoming Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
