Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee in Freeport, Maine is seeking a capable Shift Manager to oversee operations during each shift. You will lead Crew and other Managers, ensure a fast, friendly experience, and uphold McDonald’s quality and cleanliness standards.

You will train new team members, manage schedules, monitor safety, inventory, and profitability, and help departments reach their goals through strong leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and upcoming Shift Managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
